You are what you eat! That’s why I paid a visit to Cape Girardeau’s SuperFresh Kitchens. I came here for a fresh salad and instantly became a fan.
I love this place so much because they have Grab & Go fast and healthy food options. They even have fresh dressings for those yummy salads instead of the pre-packaged stuff. That is just the beginning of the fresh food here.

My granddaughter was born on Cinco Da Mayo. We find it interesting that Mexican food has always been her favorite.
Mexican food is so much more than tacos. Quesadillas , fajitas, carne asada, arroz con pollo…
My favorite Cape County Mexican restaurant is Don Carlos. I just love the friendly staff and quick-serve times. They also have outdoor dining, takeout and delivery available which is important to us right now.
Don Carlos also has two locations in Cape County (Cape Girardeau and Jackson) as well as a Chaffee restaurant to serve you.
