Download our Mobile Home Search App (instructions here) and choose Advance Search from the Home Page of the App.
Choose the County or City for your search at the top of the page. Also, select any other attributes you are searching for in your new home.
Turn on the Show Open Houses Only option near the bottom of the screen.
Tap the Search button.

Looking for that perfect home for your family? Open houses are a great way to quickly visit homes for sale and start comparing what is available on the market.
While visiting these homes, start making three lists of features for your new home.
- Must-Have. These are the non-negotiable features your new home Must-Have; such as the number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, master suites, basement, etc.
- Like to Have. These are features that would be nice to have but not required. Maybe a finished basement, fireplace or pool would be nice to have but not a deal-breaker if it isn’t present.
- No Way. Features you definitely will not consider. This list will vary significantly from one buyer to another, but a very important list to have ready.
